HOW TO USE

Wear suitable, disposable gloves.  Measure 2.4 fl. oz. of Oreor 30 or 40 Volume Developer depending on the degree of lift desired into a non-metallic shaker or bowl.  If hair is relaxed, use 20 volume developer only.  

Add entire contents of Excellence HiColor HiLights tube and mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.

Application:

Always apply hair color to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing. 
Saturate the selected hair based on the desired effects. 
Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.  
Rinse hair well after the processing time.  Rinse with warm water until water runs clear and then shampoo. 

ProTips -

To speed up processing time, use a pre-heated warm (not hot) heat source for up to 15 minutes maximum.  

Cool for 5 minutes at room temperature.

Use exclusively with the recommended oxidant, Oreor 40 volume maximum.
