Same Day Delivery
Applies to orders placed before 5pm EST (MON-SAT) and 4pm EST Sundays. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day when Eloure Beauty Supply opens.

Please allow at least 30 mins to process your order. Expect an email within 30 mins to let you know your order is on the way.

 

Same Day delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our Eloure Beauty Supply’s Flagship location at 731 Duval Station Rd, Ste 110 Jacksonville, FL 32218. If the same day delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. There is no charge for same day delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or text notification.

Standard Shipping
Applies to orders that do not meet criteria for same day delivery.

Please allow at least 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email or text within 30 mins to let you know your order is on the way.

Orders over $60 will receive free shipping.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Shipping fees are based on applicable carrier and apply to orders less than $60.

International Shipping
At this time, Eloure Beauty Supply does not ship outside of the United States of America.

 

Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

 

Eloure Beauty Supply does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Return/Exchange Policy

Eloure does not issue monetary refunds, rather Eloure issues store credit in the form of gift cards for returned items. To be eligible for store credit, the goods and/or merchandise must be returned to Eloure’s store front location within 7 days of their original purchase and proof of purchase from Eloure Beauty Supply must be provided (i.e., receipt). Goods and/or merchandise must be in original unopened/unaltered packaging to be accepted for store credit. Goods and/or merchandise not meeting these requirements will be ineligible for store credit.

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened and/or used hair extensions, hair pieces and wigs.

Discount & Coupon Code Policy
 Eloure Beauty Supply offers an array of discounts, including but not limited military, first responder, and discounts acquired through Eloure Beauty Supply’s rewards program.

Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Eloure Beauty Supply reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Coupon codes are only valid until specified expiration date. After expiration date items remaining in cart or at the store will no longer qualify for discount offer

Coupons may only be applied to qualifying items or percentage off purchases displaying the coupon offer. The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.

Coupons may be used when checking out through www.elourebeautysupply.com (Online purchases marked for in store pick-up apply)

Online coupon or discount codes will be honored for purchases made in store but must be used at time of purchase and cannot be applied to a previous purchase or service 

Promotions are limited to one coupon per customer.

Promotional coupon codes may not be combined with other discounts or sales incentives unless otherwise agreed upon or without prior authorization from Eloure Beauty Supply or its representatives.
 

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
 

Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
